This website is operated by Vault Voyage. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vault Voyage. By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All pieces in Collection One are offered as closeout at the prices shown. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any piece at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations in color and finish may occur.

FINAL SALE

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on closeout pieces. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us at orders@thevaultvoyage.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order; Express shipping is available for $15. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

WARRANTY

Luggage hardware is covered by a 2-year warranty; accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown on the site. By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault Voyage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the piece giving rise to the claim.
